Thanks to continued community support and foundation grants, Full Circle RJ has introduced new services, including school-based victim-offender restorative circles peer mediation and conflict resolution programs. FCRJ’s mission is “to enhance the safety of our community by addressing offender accountability and to empower victims through a supportive conflict resolution process.”
